Returns & Refunds

Shipping (US Domestic):

Domestically, we ship to all US states including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.

 

Shipping fees are based on package weight and applicable first class USPS rates. 

Orders placed before 3 pm PST/PDT will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. If available, a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information will be sent when your order is processed. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, returned, or delayed by the postal service. 

 

  

Shipping (International):

International shipping is available, but customers outside the US are responsible for shipping charges. While most orders are shipped the next business day, international orders may require additional processing time before being shipped. 

  

Returns

We accept returns on regular priced items only. Sale items are non-refundable. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. Be sure to include the order number. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will confirm receipt via email. If the goods are still in the original condition, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged, or if we have made a mistake with your order. If you feel that you are entitled to an exchange, contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@takemyfaceoff.com with the order number, product name, and a description of the issue. We recommend including photos showing any defects. If we agree there is an issue, we will send you a paid mailing label. You can then send the item to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will replace the product.

  

Shipping Costs

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Unfortunately, we do not provide free shipping for returns or exchanges, unless the product was found to be defective, damaged, or there was a mistake with an order.
